Allergies and Histamine: sigh

On my next immunologist follow up I’m definitely going to talk about the seemingly random I can’t figure them out reactions. I’m also tired of doing a food diary again. I am very glad I found a food and symptom diary app on iOS – I use on an iPad. Histamine intolerance is a pain in the ass, and head, and nose, and…..

This is frustrating but it wouldn’t be if labels on food hid less. Here’s the screenshot of my day. You can see the symptoms stack up. I couldn’t finish a dinner that should have been safe. The Uncle Ben’s rice is the suspected culprit since it’s the only thing I haven’t eaten recently multiple times. The package said rice and two different kinds of oil. Only thing I can assume is the sources of oil are suspect.
