I’m allergic to cinnamon. I love pumpkin pie. I managed to successfully test out a recipe found online. I adjusted the spices.

For 2 pies:

1 tsp ginger
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp cardamom

It’s probably better to call it cinnamon free spiced pumpkin pie.
